Overdue update

I’m actually on vacation from work.  Where am I going you ask?  Why the one place I have hardly been recently: home!

Yes, I’m spending two weeks in the comfort of my home.

What am I doing being a bum for two weeks:

  • Watching a guy tear apart our water damaged bathroom
  • Fixing all the little things around the house I was supposed to do
  • Watching my two kids
  • Learning how to put my two kids to sleep
  • Listening to my two kids cry
  • Trying to relax
  • Catch up on TV watching (Heroes, Smallville, etc)
  • Watch the Jazz get stomped by the Spurs and wonder how these guys beat Golden State.
  • Play with the new PS3 1.8 firmware.
  • Optimize my home network
  • Fix my brother’s computer

And the list goes on…

It’s amazing.  I can’t believe that this week is Don and Jen’s wedding.  I will take 50% of the credit for this relationship happening with the other 50% going to my better half.

I just can’t believe it’s already May.
